Od rodičů přebíráme podvědomě model fungování rodiny.
Je v nás otisk toho, jak se k sobě rodiče navzájem chovají,
jestli si jeden druhého váží, jestli spolu normálně
komunikují, nebo se jen hádají. Samozřejmě jsou další varianty
a máme je zakořeněné hluboko v podvědomí a často se
podle nich chováme, aniž bychom si to uvědomovali,protože nic jiného neznáme.
Jenže - rodiče jsou rodiče, ale my jsme někdo jiný. Každý člověk
je individualita, jedinečný originál,který má PRÁVO NA VLASTNÍ ŽIVOT..
Problém je, že děti často nevědomky kráčejí ve
stopách svých rodičů a opakují jejich chyby. Zamyslete
se nad tím, co Vám ve vztahu skutečně vyhovuje a uvědomte si
stereotypní předsudky které jste zdědili a vláčíte je jak kouli na noze..
Podobné "vzory" partnerství či manželství do nás "hustí" televize, jiná média a v neposlední řadě známí. Televizní pořady, filmy, seriály někdy až směšně zkreslují skutečný život.
Problém je v tom, že srovnáváme svůj partnerský i
sexuální život s tím, co vidíme ve filmech, nebo čteme v
románech, a ten náš nám proti této virtuální realitě připadá
všední a nudný. Nesrovnávejte! Většinou vždy vyjdete jako poražení.
A historky známých? Bývají chvástavé a překroucené. Jak úžasný sex zažili se
známým hercem (herečkou)? A vypráví to zrovna tlustý/á či hloupý/á osoba? Nebo jak konečně potkali toho pravého / pravou...... po kolikáté už? :)
Nenechte se vysmát.
Možná by bylo lepší místo sledování televize a čtení zamilovaných braků věnovat víc času partnerovi či partnerce, nebo prakticky navazovat kontakt pokud jste "singl" . Chcete pasivně sledovat cizí příběhy, nebo AKTIVNĚ ŽÍT ten svůj ???
